Just as things were getting good in the tag-team division on Monday Night Raw, one of their top stars suffers an injury setback.
Dash Wilder of The Revival suffered a jaw injury during a NXT Live event, which requires two months out-of-action to recover.
The details were revealed on WWE.com which states that the performer has a ‘fractured jaw’ and as a result will require his jaw to be ‘wired’.
Both men debuted on the Raw after ‘Mania show where they faced The New Day and injured Kofi Kingston forcing the former tag-team champion to have surgery on his ankle.
The 29-year-old commented on his setback:

So while he recovers, it looks as The Hardy Boyz, Cesaro & Sheamus, Enzo & Cass and Gallows & Anderson will hold down the division for time being.
However, Wilder’s partner Scott Dawson commented on their absence but maintained that the pair “will be back” to “continue” what they have “always done” and that is to “barrel through every tag-team”.
